Hi, I'm at a job where there is 4x16 amp sockets protected by 4x16 amp rcbos in a bollard, the customer now wants 6 amp rcbos cause he wants to limit what people are using can you do this? I suppose it will just trip if people use more than 6 amps

No just general power to a boar yard
wild boar?

Assume that you mean a boat yard. Fitting 6A MCBs will stop the use of some power tools. Is that really what your customer wants?

You need to find out what the real reason is for wanting to limit the supply.
He's adamant that's what he wants as he has various IP rated boxes with sockets doted around the yard already which have 1 RCD and 4x 6 amp MCBs so he wants the same in the new bollard but as RCBOs
