3 phase domestic supply

Hi from Belgium!
3-phase, usually delta, is very common here for domestic installations.
Very confusing for this immigrant trying to install a cooker in the early days! ("Where's the b neutral?").
I now live in a 15-appartment building, with 3 small lifts, and there is 3-phase "Y" for the hydraulic pumps, so now I have a cooker socket with 5 conductors including neutral. When working, I did a lot with 3-phase stuff (parking equipment, exhibition stands, etc), so it's no longer wierd having 400VAC on a socket!
Just my 2€cents-worth.
