Oh leave off hour and half. Have you ever tested social housing? I.e moved all the rubbish out the way, scraped all the grime off the cooker point, and the mould off the electric shower.

I had to check a rental last week (faulty RFC causing trips) and it took me AGES to sort through the piles of boxes and stuff to even find the sockets! I'm not even sure I found them all now. Found the fault but it took 4 hours!

it's not always the agency is to blame. it's often what the employers tell them what they are prepared to pay. bit of luck, yhey'll get monkeys to do it, then one of their rent collectors will get electrocuted by the bell push.

That sounds great R1R2 ,R1, Rn,R2 , R1R2 ,Insulation test ,Zs, RCD x 1 ,RCD x 2, Ramp test , 9 tests = £225.00 so say its a 6 way board £1350.00 plus Ze so i make it £1375.00 sounds good to me !!!!

Pleased to see that Bromak are "Investors in people"? That doesn't stand for much then....

Basicaly that means they have all HnS for their DIRECT employed staff and encourage and assist any disabled person they employ its a load of tosh just something to look good and help getting government contracts

Agree though, I saw an advert for 2391 experienced spark wanted, on the books, on call, £9 p.h. That was a couple of weeks ago.
