Multiplication(*) and division(/) always takes preference over add(+) and subtract(-) in algebra (maths) so as I read it and showing workings for good exam technique .....

6-1*0+2/2 = 6-(1*0)+(2/2) = 6-(0)+(1) = 7 QED
