Max demand in the hut will determine what fuse size to use at the origin; Volt drop at 3% will also have a significant bearing on the cable size. Knowing the type of loads, both power and lighting will also give you guidance.
You may be able to reduce several of these quantities to give you a more reasonable cable size otherwise you'll need to hire a tractor to lay the cable.....
 
I would export the PME or TN-C-S, the PEN conductor stops at the origin of the installation, so that the cable is protected by the sub-main fuse and the suppliers service fuse, and provide TT earthing rod/s or plates to give you the necessary protection at the hut/stable. That's if there are no objections ....lol
