Discuss clique in the Electricians Chat - Off Topic Chat area at ElectriciansForums.net

Lets not forget that this is an electricians forum for electricians, I do see a lot of blatant diyers coming on here trying to find out why their rcd is tripping etc, thats not what this forum is all about, why should people who have spent a long time learning their trade dispense advice to those who haven't got a clue and are just trying to fix for free. Try going down to your local main dealer and trying the same, their advice would be to book it in to get it looked at by a professional

so like I said if you don't like the question just ignor it

I can't think of one person on this forum that has ever bullied, ridiculed or not respected someone else's point of view. By the way how is E54, haven't have the pleasure of speaking to him lately?:innocent:

Listen, for an electricians forum so called professional people some of the q's are just plain stupid, THEY should no,talk about topics yep all for that but to ask basic stuff I would be embarrassed!!,and their are some good people that know their stuff on hear, so for all that aint clued up learn sumit!!.

I would be "embarrassed" if I had written that!

I think one of the best things about this forum, from my point of view, is that people do challenge what other people say. If someone gives incorrect advise then someone nearly always challenges it. It means that information you find on here tends to generally be quite reliable.

Also, if it makes people think before typing any old rubbish, or before asking a stupid question without thinking about it themselves first, then that's a good thing to.

It's threads like this that are the real problem, they just wind everyone up, but then I guess that's their sole purpose.

but there is a difference between challenging and ridiculing

I agree can be full of a holes with nothing better to do. All there interested in is make a snide comment thinking there funny. I look to this place for some serious Techical debate but there's only a hand full who could actually teach me something

Technically your 'grammar' is ****e mate............oooo errr missus:)
is it there or their?

Is it technical or technique or 'Techical' !!

C'mon................don't slag until your perfect yourself................1st rule surely? :)
