Thanks mate, can you suggest a suitable wireless control? don't wnat to go trying to run cables around my nice kitchen, neither does her indoors

Nest communicates wireless but the thermostat has to be plugged in to a socket. Even it was hardwired that's only to give the thermostat power from the heatlink.

I got the Ideal vogue 10 year parts and labour warranty if serviced every year. Stainless steel heat exchanger and looked to have more brass n copper parts.
