why the hell would someone come out of the side of an enclosure like that eh?
 
I have so many questions about what's wrong with that but we'd be here all night.
In particular though- they've left the framework of the old rewireable fuses yes? And incorporated them into the new system rather than take them off, is that what's happened? seen it a few times, not sure why that happens..
