Dual Tariff or dual RCD

Hello everyone

I currently need to change a dual tariff (economy 7 & on peak) consumer unit situated inside a flat.
One half of the existing split fuse board serves the storage heaters with the second separate half being the On peak supply.

Am i correct in thinking a standard dual RCD board is effectively a dual tariff DB.
Just making sure i am not being a numpty in my thoughts? which is quite often the case.,

The yellow, black, red and blue look like they are swa cable which is floating behind the board. How long before the black lashed into the main switch

the yellow on the cpc from swa some of the conductors have been cut and the yellow on cpc should be marked with some green tape.

These are flats with the meter room below and I'm not sure if it is swa.
So only 1 conductor in each terminal is that what your saying

What I am saying is that is an appalling installation.

Must admit , it is well populated.

You also should mention

● Conductors not enclosed into the dist board.
● Correct identification of the swa conductors.
● The yellow conductor is oversized to enable suitable termination at the earth bar and hence strands have been cut away.
● Generally all conductors are poorly terminated especially the secondary neutral at the main switch.
● The consumer unit has been altered beyond manufacturers recommendations.

and I may has well put ,that neutral to the rcd side to the s/heaters not marked up for the line .I have seen a lot like that .
