Thats just plain hilarious :)

The bonding should be after the meter. It just looks as though it’s before it!
It’s on the correct side  the scabby pipe you see leaves and runs up the wall 3m then into the kitchen can see why you thought that though most unusual for the domestic pipe to be MI and not copper

View attachment 46179As I said not everything can/should be coded. There may be nothing wrong in some pictures as well. Recommendations for how it could have been done better are good too.
Have a go and see what you can spot.
Picture 2 does not have blank plates hence doesnt comply with Ip2x so object of 12.5mm would be able to penetrate and could have access to live parts so C2

Picture 3 as outdoor socket is Ip65 but tap is too close so I am not sure as if the installation is protected with RCD so I guess C3?

picture 4 signs of thermal damage C2

picture 5 neutral is terminated in cpc terminal so wrong polarity hence C2

picture 6 no earth sleeves and if another terminal come lose then risk of short circuit C2

picture 7 Main gas bonding took place before the meter c2

picture 8 No CpC continuity to the load as if it was a class 1 appliance, it would not have earth continuity C2

picture 9 too much copper is exposed also cpc is not sleeve so risk of short circuit c2

It was purely an off the top of my head example, but I'd say - accessible live parts C1 - inaccessible live parts C2 - 10 feet up in a locked room...
