I do this all the time, did one this very day.To be fair, if you issue electronic certs, it doesn’t take 5 minutes to remove all C2’s / C1’s and amend the observations once the remedial work has been carried out, then reissue a satisfactory EICR.
it’s what I do and certainly don’t charge for it.
