electric meter issue. The grid, meter or consumer unit issue?

Hi Guys, I've made this video (link below) to highlight an electric issue in my house. I wonder if any of you know what the issue is? I am going to call out an electrician but I would love to know your thoughts. Thank you for your time Ian

I would have wanted the ticks green rather than red.

I think you make a very fine point spinlondon. After all green is the colour of life, renewal, nature, and envy. It is associated with meanings of growth, harmony, freshness, safety, fertility, and environment. However, I settled for bold red ticks because red is the colour of extremes. It's the colour of love, violence, danger, anger, energy and adventure. Our prehistoric ancestors saw red as the colour of fire and blood energy and primal life forces and did you know that most of red's symbolism today arises from its powerful associations to our past.
