Regarding certification. For example trev If you worked on 5 circuits in one propertyno new circuits added you wouldn't issue 5 minor works certs you would issue 1 eicr for them5 circuits. well I would as I wouldn't even consider 5 minor works. I don't really think it matters either way.
We don't use them. have in the past used a multiple one produced by the eca but I thought it only went upto 3 circuits. But ill stick to the eicr for multiple circuits and just note in the extent of work carried out.I use a multi minor works cert?

Doing a periodic inspection on new work would generally be inappropriate.
