This question is usually for insulation resistance and not resistance. Reckon its a typo :86:

Think about it Peter, to use an EFLI tester you need a supply voltage, the question is telling you this isn't available::

Its asking to measure EFLI for the radial circuit, not the supply so its wrong ::

Well I suppose the first part of a radial circuit would be the socket with only one 2.5 mm twin and earth cable in???
