Other way around - lamps are what you plant in the ground to grow lamp posts.
Edison invented the light bulb, not the light lamp.
I've planted hundreds in the past and non have ever grown, what am I doing wrong?

I'm now going to sniff my lamps...

There's some really interesting and well informed people on that site, my two year old daughter might be interested...

Top Cat, I'm filing a law suit against you. Im going to represent myself as I once watched Midsommer Murders. The reason for my law suit is I fell off my chair and smacked my head on the radiator whilst PMSL at that thread. Incidently after I conducted structural rebuilding of my skull (i've seen ER) using a scalpel (every home should have one) I proceeded to refit the radiator to the wall as it had pulled it off trying to stop myself falling. What I need to know is does anyone know a good painter to refit my radiator please?

:)

Seems like a hot topic that one - over 16,000 posts :shocked3:

So what's the idea behind that forum? Is it some kind of 'general interest' forum?
... And how did you find it?

I had chicken chasseur for dinner last night BTW...

On one post someone wanted to know how to join SWA so as a joke i was going to put a picture of chock blocks. Google'd Electrical chock blocks and this site and post came up, forgot about picture and had to put the thread on our site............the rest as they say is history!

Do you mean that I should not have used choc blocks to repair the SWA I cut with the hedge trimmer?
