It has to be a Morrisson's poly bag though, they're rated at IP44 so for unusually wet situations, use 2 of them because that'll give you IP88I hope you intend to wrap a poly bag around it first...

Sorry, obviously I am not cut out to be a proper electrician. Must try harder. Though I did use a bit of baler twine to tie the cable to the fence, does that count?
