Help on 3 phase in domestic house

Hi I have a few questions I'm taking over from my uncle who passed away and need some advice
I have 3 phase I comming too the building and they want too change the lighting board from a mode evolution too a Lutron control system. But old board was 3 phase newboard isn't
my question is can I use Each phase (L1,L2,L3) on separate mcb and split the load a cross them total load is 6000w

A bathroom for every bedroom, I don't buy it, id like to see some photos.... Do you mean low voltage or extra low voltage? Low voltage ac is 50ac - 1000ac and extra low voltage is below 50v for ac. If you have 350 down lighters with normal lamps in say 35w, then that's over 12Kw, but if they are LED they might be as little as 1.5Kw. I'd say if you have a three phase board, keep it, why go backwards and put make it single phase boards.

Not changing the I comming board jus the lighting board they supplied isn't 3p
but the total lights for whole building is just under 12k. The 6k is just for top two floors
cant see how too post pics, photo bucket ain't working at the moment. Lights are 50w low voltage lamps

It seems to be the current trend to have more downlighters than your neighbours. I've seen kitchens with 20+ halogens in them. Crazy. Daz

Just because neither you nor I live in a mansion (I assume), doesn't mean that they don't exist. An en-suite bathroom for every bedroom is 'de rigueur' in all the best houses nowadays.

Lol at a job near Hyde park it's huge split over 5 floors every bed room has bathroom master has own floor with TV room and a bathroom bigger than my living room and dining room put together lol they even have a maids quarters with her own bathroom in the basement

I just find it a bit far fetched, not saying its not true, but you initial said the total load across the three phases was 6Kw. So 350 down lighters at 50w = 17.5Kw, which is 5.5Kw more than your comment in post 19, that's like 32A just on lighting. I appreciate you get some big houses, but that just sounds way over the top and unrealistic, if its true that's very good but I don't buy it. But yes, I agree, I don't live in a house of that size, I know they exist, but just think the figures keep changing and don't add up. Please prove me wrong, ill eat my hat and shoes at that!

The other thing, obviously a house round there is going to be old, and I dont know, more likely to have traditional lighting and high ceilings maybe, just airing my thoughts, but 350 downlighters? Seems out of character for the location / possible style of the house.
