We've just had another knock-back this morning from a pc that thinks it's best to wait as prices will fall further. Lost one yesterday on a dive center in Cornwall. That's three in a row now which has never happened before so we're putting our prices up.

It's weird isn't it - out of the blue we had a phone call earlier in the week, which we're installing next week. Two calls yesterday which we're surveying early next week and we went to an Energy Fair last night and surveyed immediately and quoted for this morning just waiting to hear from them. of course they all want to be installed before 1st April!!

Think its game over for us TBH - doing last one next week and ive lost a couple this week. Im focusing on other thing now, PV was a good while it lasted and its straightend me up so im not complianing. MCS is up in August so im good till then if anything comes in, but im going to learn another skill in the mean time.

Got the job from the Energy fair this morning so at least that's 2 jobs this month. Just one more survey booked though and I really can't see much happening in April. Sods law the jobs have come through for this week - we'd just decided to go to Ecobuild!

A friend of mine works for the police investigating opportunities like this and he says they're invariably tied to terrorist funding somewhere down the line , this bloke sounds familiar though, could be my kids English teacher!
ps when you're judging the passport photo , check for a nice big moustache/beard always a good way of assessing trustworthiness in the middle east!

We're quiet too - just finished the last install waiting on tenderhooks for the two we've quoted for next week for ... I think it's going to be Easter before anything kicks off again. 10% price drop will help

think we've just done 5 or 6 jobs in the last 3 weeks. Probably going to be dropping down a discount band with segen now, which puts a bit of a dint in our ability to cope with the rate cuts.

Our mission to chase up old leads seems to be paying dividends though with quite a few quotes being sent out in the last few weeks for installs between now and July, so I reckon we'll have a reasonable trickle of work for April, and hopefully can fill up may and june.

getting really sick of all these deadlines and changes though now.
