Thanks, Darkwood, just a line to say the intention was to answer queries... I apologise for any unintended breach of the regs.

Not strictly true Murdoch, I use a third party email service which I grant in the early days was not very reliable, having changed provider I am certain that the service is now as it should be... Each email sent has an unsubscribe button that removes the receiver if they so wish... HOWEVER if they then download some more FREE Stuff they are resubscribed
Cheers
James
And for all the systems that scan the internet for email addresses here is james's email address:
[email protected]
The say that there are only a few ways that this can happen following an unsubscribe…
- The person does not actually unsubscribe
- The person re-subscribes (visiting one of my websites)
- The Person is subscribed using multiple emails
Regarding point 2: How does this work? Are you saying that if anyone visits one of your websites they will get 'promotional emails'??
I think what he means is, someone visits his websites and downloads some of his free content as you have to provide your email address.
1. I unsusscribed 3 times in 2014The say that there are only a few ways that this can happen following an unsubscribe…
- The person does not actually unsubscribe
- The person re-subscribes (visiting one of my websites)
- The Person is subscribed using multiple emails
On the unsubscribe page there are two buttons …
- Unsubscribe
- Save
I also have had unsolicited emails from [email protected] despite never having downloaded any free material nor expressed any interest in your products.
Just saying.
Looks like you might have to look into your emails James. Spamming people with emails is never a good thing and doesn't do your reputation any good... unless you want negative comments whenever someone mentions your name.
I agree and if I was intending to be Spammy I wouldn't be defending it here, you pay for a service and trust they get it right...
