GLENNSPARK

hi, i`m an electrician....
i have just completed a month course at the building skills for life initiative centre near where i live. I have just got my 17th through them and have been credited with the BSL certificate of competancy award. Does this mean i can now go round doing houses as this is what i was told by the centre. I have heard something about part P but i am not sure as they did not mention that i needed this qualification. Is this true? if i needed to be part P qualified then i may have been better just doing that rather than go through all that months studies.
Any help or advice would be appreciated.;)

Surely you only need to be qualified if you fill in the paperwork?

Simples always get paid in cash and no certification.

Put on an EU ascent job done!

Saved you loads of cash which you can spend on new pipe benders lol.

thanks for that....
so...you mean if i dont do any paperwork i can just install at will...?

Just print the above out mate send it to me with a postal order for ÂŁ39.99 and you'll be fully qualified within 4 weeks.

Same again for commercial and PAT testing cos everyone wants to spend ÂŁ2.50 to test a ÂŁ3 toaster.

Bargain at ÂŁ40.
I sorted one out for Jason off of Coronation Street t'other week after the whole fire incident in the Rovers.
I heard him saying he did an RCD test, he checked insulation reistance and that he was QUALIFIED to do this sort of work.
I did his through word of mouth so yours should be no bother.
I can sort an electronics one out for your cousin if he comes in with you doing houses?
