Romani they are plug and play. Already assembled as far as the JB.

Never understood why SELV that aint plug and play is notifiable. Anyone know why?

so I don't. Remember I've asked my instructor on Part P course, and he couldn't give me unambiguous answer too
 
No that's cool it makes sense to me, apart from the informing part - if we are filling in a minor works cert, then by definition the work is non-notifiable, so why are we informing LABC?

How do you inform online? It strikes me that my council do not let you inform without a planning form with which comes a charge - theres no way I'm paying ÂŁ110 on every minor job I do.

Are you with elecsa yourself or is someone else certing for you ?.
this is basic stuff if your with a scheme provider so i don't understand your thinking.
