Are you connecting this cable at source to a consumer unit or triple pole dist board. Either way the size of cable required isn't realistically going to be connected at them. You will require a separate enclosure to make off the cable and use a smaller csa to connect into the board.
 
what would you guys do if you where doing the job rather just be told thanks tho i do appreciate you guys helping me and no iam not just ignoring the volt drop sorry i ment to reply to you mate

I'd start by giving the customer an estimated cost before spending much time designing it as most people will be put off by the price of doing it properly.
I'd also be exploring other options instead of running a 137 metre single phase circuit.
 
Does lighting still need to be 3% v.d if using led ?, thought some leds had a operational voltage between two values (say 200v - 240v). I Might be wrong about that but do seem to recall something along those lines in another discussion a while ago.
