I got given my Xmas present early this year, one of those new helicopter things, but I’ve managed to lose it. I was playing with it on Wednesday night about 9ish when it disappeared from my view.

Thought I might be able to spot it easily ‘cos for some reason, all the planes stopped flying. But could not see it anywhere. ----ed off, I went to bed.

I got up early the next morning about 4, and turned on my iPad, but still nothing. Dunno what I’m gonna tell her indoors.

Someone suggested ringing the local police lost property office, and see if it’s been handed in. What do ya reckon?

It was only about £30, so I might just buy another. Or I might just keep turning on the iPad from time to time, see if I can locate it.

Anyone had similar probs before, and what can you suggest?

PS Did try physically checking where I lost it, but can't get anyway near it 'cos of loads of cops. Gutted I am.

cops are worried about how to control the situation. i suggest we send SWD down to Gatwick. he can glare at the drones and cause them to crash.

You can bore the drone operator to death with your lame jokes............... or until they surrender should take about 30 seconds of a whining Scouse accent ;o)))))))

Merry Christmas ;o))))))

Don't worry Midwest, when the Drone battery runs low it'll switch to return home mode and come and find you.

You may get some unexpexcted Xmas visitors following close behind, so I'd get some extra Mince pies and Sherry in.

Eat plenty of them yourself, it may be a long time before you see daylight again.

To cap it all, I had my iPad pinched yesterday, and I never finished the set up, so no chance I tracking it down or finding it, so I not gonna even bother reporting it to the cops. Guess who's got it know has themselves a nice early Xmas present. :D

Its terrible this drone thing at Gatwick. I thought bees went into hibernation in the winter months?

Just need to pinch your smartphone and PC then we can have a rest from you posting over Christmas.......... :D:D:D

Careful, your remarks could be construed for going off topic, and result in an extended Xmas break. :D

Tis the season to be jolly, la la la la la lala la la........ ;o))))
