Best course of action here is pay the SKY bill and leave with a smile on your face, don't get dragged into the muck throwing, its bad for business.

you could also try resetting the sky box and reformatting the drive...that tends to clear most faults. If the data gets corrupted on the drive, the box will play silly buggers...

You musta wiped Season 1 of glee from her Sky box, Shes going to hate you.
Plus i cant really see her taking you to court for 60 quid. Shes only told your builder mate knowing full well hes going to repeat it back to you.
If you get court papers drop on ya floor PAY her if not shes just trying it on.

Hello,

If you dont pay her she will bad mouth you...but if you do pay her she will bad mouth you and have your money.

So in short, tell her to go take a run and jump....and if she keeps on, do a IR test with every thing plugged in, stand well back and take a photo of her eyes popping out and then post it on here.
