I have various digital bits of kit and found that the ones with coloured screen eat batteries i.e. charge only last hours instead of days, how does your Metrel compare to your old Megger, or have you not used it enough to form an opinion, purely an academic interest.My trusty Megger 1552 died last Saturday, keeps on blowing the fuses and tripping RCDs on the no trip setting.
