thats some serious dollar you want for rewiring that mess and if they want any keeping charge them more for them taking the you know what lol

good luck mate you should be able to retire after this job, how big is the observations and recommendations list and how many additional sheets lol
you should charge them wear and tear on the printer and laptop haha
 
I hope your price either includes for "de-spidering" the shed or in the contract you ask for them to "de-spider" and "de-cobweb" the place - sends shivers down my spine just looking at some of those photos.

The rest shocks and scares me in other ways.

Hope that takes into account the ASBESTOS removal contractor as the woven asbestos is one of the WORST kinds from my neighbour who I phoned for advice today when I found 4 dbs full of the stuff today

Was then going to add about Asbestos! Ceiling also (quick) looks though it might be asbestos.
