Paper In DBs

What is the general opinion of having sheets of paper on the inside wall of a DB.
I work many factories where A4 sheets are sellotaped to the inside wall of a 3 phase DB.

I had a job today where I had to remove all sheets inside - copy them, laminate them and stick them on the outside of the enclosure after the H&S manager on the site identified it as a risk.

As of yesterday, it's one MK2 with a knackered 3 litre V6 engine on a "R" plate, another MK2 completely standard on a "V" plate, one 1990 Celica ST 183 4 wheel steer cabriolet, and my old faithful 2002 Mazda 626 that's very special to me as it's the only car I ever bought brand new.
