Something different.

The 696 is the renaming distance. The 372 is the distance travelled since the last fuel stop.
The tank capacity is a bit over 14 gallons, 14.3 I think.

The pic was taken when we got home from a trip to Scotland.
Cars these days can be very fuel efficient.

Generally, for me, driving is just a means of getting from A to B as quickly as possible, so huge fuel economy doesn't bother me that much.

Getting from A to B is also why I drive. Why else?
Long distances at times and average speed cameras make me comply with speed limits.
I set the cruise, relax, and listen to jazz, boogie or local radio.
The frugal consumption results.

No, just someone I met on holiday. For some reason she thought I was David Bailey. Don’t know what gave her that idea? Don’t even look anything like him!:angel_smile:
