Tried it and get unknown file type?

He forgot to associate a file type to it.
Rename the file but stick .exe on the end of it

after doing the 17th ed regs and domestic installers course, I made a C++ program to automate most of the calculations, would anyone be interested, the problem is I can't attach it here because the file size is about 600Kb.
