On a 13a fcu can you have a dso or is this a no go.

Theres no issue with it.

You are just limiting the load at that socket to 13A. If you have a look at App 15 in ol' red it show's a 13A FCU protecting a number of sockets spurred off a ring final.

If by DSO you mean double socket outlet, then yes, no problem with that.
