RCCB Tripping!

hi all,new on here so take it easy on me eh,just fitted some downlights in a customers garage and alls fine,she rings me up week later and says one side of board is tripping out when she clicks remote to open electric gates.just started out on my own and my fault finding is a bit rusty,any bit of advice before i go round would be good. p.s husband said it has happened before and then it just stops!

Ramp test the RCD and see what it is tripping at.

would be looking for water ingress on the gate circuit (adaptable boxes etc.) on this one.

Go easy on IR testing on the circuit too, could be some delicate electronics in the gate control modules.
