i know i have covered it before but im using Thomas Higgins as debt enforcer!! obviously i have to pay for them to send letters out can i CHARGE a reasonable sum on top of my Bill to the debtor now...!! say £25 for having to waste my time chasing the bill...!

they owe me the massive sum of 100 quid... now 91 days late...!! (they apparently pay ever 30 days so that would mak eit MAX 60 i wait but nothing..!! now ignor my emails

£25.00 seems a fair price for me to get TH to issue LBA for £2 + VAT...! plus my time wasted issuing reminders and account statements..!! sod it!!

they now owe me £125 and i just hit the submit button on the letter process page of TH... im getting serious now!! no more mr nice guy!! next stop Defaulter on £630 quid...!!

If ever I have nonesense changing phone providors,it usually ends up with an administration charge shoved on the end of my bill
If big buisness can just shove these charges on,why not a reasonable charge for interest,time and the emotional damage that has been inflicted by the scrotes

I have been in the building trade for a long time, i have come across quite a few people/ companies who are not very good payers. I firstly sum up if my money is safe, if they are slow payers i allow for it in the estimate. If i sum up that the customer is not that important to me i normally send the following (shortened Version without diplomacy )
The above amount is outstanding
If you dont contact me within seven days to explain why
I will commence county court preceedings to recover the outstanding amount

Generally has the required effect

To right these days ccj make the hairs on the back of your neck stand on end don't be afraid to follow up these people need to be taught a lesson that if they get a job done they PAY and pay on time

it makes me angry the amount of tv programmes targeting our beloved trade...what about all our sparkys who have had to fight for the money when the job has been done correct...abe a tv show for this ...call it customers from hell!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Its the same everywere people wany something for nothing....they think we do this for fun and have some other source of income.....get a life and pay what you owe...or i rip out the friggin lot.......
