It would be interesting to see the response on a Cardiac Surgeons's forum when a Junior doctor posts,

Hi, I'm doing a heart transplant next week,, any pointers, anaesthetic before or after I cut the ribs out??

Friendly and sympatheic or not?

its not really "ridicule" mark its the fact that the o/p posted such a silly question its a big deal rewiring an 11 room hotel correcly
for him/her/ 3rd person-gender(just being politically correct), to ask such an inane q, is --"silly"
lol yes of course point towards the roof lol, it's obvious I know but why is there a need to ridicule
