rogue electricians claiming to be part of a scheme!!!! how can we stop them !!

just been looking through my local paper and found 2x electricians claiming to be napit and niceic domestic installer.

its in the enfield advertiser and hendon press...


is there anything we can do to stop these theives!!

Newspapers take the advert in good faith, but if it’s pointed out to them they are carrying a fraudulent advert they are obliged to stop it. They have a get out in the small print, in that they carry adverts in “good faith and can’t be held responsible for inaccuracies".

Just contact the schemes directly and report the firms. This is the ONLY time any of the schemes police rogue tradesmen (when they are using their logos without being part of their scheme). Just send a meassage to NIC and napit, they will be all over it like flies on dog turd.
