I'm voting yes
Why?
Because Better Together's argument consists of "no we cannae" without giving any figures
I hear NOTHING positive or concrete about their vision for Scotland's future.
Also that...."person" Alistair Darling (he who crashed the HMS UK economy) tries to lecture on economics...bit like asking Heinrich Himmler for a lecture on jewish history.....
Also not having to listen to that smarmy git cameron and his toffee nosed lacky gideon osborne (him born with a platinum spoon in his gob) banging on about "all in this together"......yeah right....
Thats without even getting started about that irritating fool IDS......
Also Prat P can stay south of the border, BC have enough dumb ideas as it stands....

I think you need to express your thoughts more! Im sensing your holding back your opinions meaning we are struggling with the point your trying to get across :santa_cheesy:

I can assure you that breaking the union up will only make Scotland poorer than Albania and the rest of the UK as it is known now wealthier financially. However that said poorer as a nation and 5 years after separation Scotland will wish it didn't break away.

Do the Albanians have Prat P and Scams? hmmm I wonder how the job market is there.....

And the real plus point IF they do vote yes would be that the miserable Milliband would NEVER be PM.

And whilst I'm on this subject WHY are Scottish MP's allowed to vote on English matters but we can't vote on theres?

i was definitely gonna vote no.now I'm not so sure.
wee ecks plan of tunnocks tea cakes and irn bru for all is unfortunately flawed.
he doesn't have all the answers .
neither do the better together mob, who's best plan is one of negative attack.
you won't be in europe(do we really want to be?)
you can't use the pound( we will use whatever we want)
its the uks oil(is it b*llocks and damn fine you know it)
and while we are at it the redrawing of scotlands territorial waters in 99 with blair and donald dewar will be rescinded.(english waters as far north as dundee anyone?)
there has been way too much scaremongering and political shenanigans recently( grangemouth and the clyde shipyard being two good examples)
if scotland is the subsidy junkie that england would like to paint us as why the fight to keep us?
there has been next to no big capital expenditure up here for years and whats the reason for that?
there are a lot of issues to decide and it will affect the rest of the uk if it does happen
just to be good neighbours we will even sell you water when you b*llox up the water table with all that fracking thats planned.
maybe a bit of electric as well as we have always generated more than we use
we will be fine.
you will still be welcome to come on holiday.
we will still trade our chief exports of sugary drinks and aggressive alcoholic tramps as a gesture of goodwill in the meantime.
oh you can have your nukes back n all we didn't want them in the first place.

Do the Albanians have Prat P and Scams? hmmm I wonder how the job market is there.....

Having spent a week working in Albania about 10 years ago it was very apparent how poor the country was at the cafe local to the site we were on I left a 45 Lek tip on the first visit and the waiter couldn't thank me enough at 180 Lek to the pound it was hardly a fortune but meant a hell of a lot to him

On the Scottish independence if there is a yes vote and a few years down the line it all goes wrong who picks up the pieces. Salmond wants to keep Sterling as the scottish currency IMO as an insurance policy if his independence plan fails he will take the rest of the UK down with him

I think the government needs to make clear what jobs will move south if independence happens will Cumbernauld still handle taxation in the rest of the UK, building UK navy ships in Scotland would cause contractual issues under EU rules and could have security implications and the list goes on.
Every time Salmond and Sturgeon open there mouths I can't help but wonder what their hidden agenda is and if the vote goes against them will they just fade away or will they keep peddling their independence for Scotland and keep calling referendums until they get a yes vote

Salmond is talking the talk, thats where it ends, He knows He'll never get the "yes", would carp himself if he did. Just trying to write himself a page.

If the Scotch do go Independent, am I right in saying they will be out of the EU?

So, if that is the case, there'll be no more Scottish coming over here taking our jobs, women and drinking our beer.
