Hi have a situation have wylex 4 module metal clad consumer , RCD, 32mcb and 6 MCB, trouble is main consumer no where near the back of house and all fancy flooring, there is a shower supply 6mm upstairs on a 32 mcb in the consumer , its an old GE series consumer unit and the shower on the 32 is not RCD protected, only the ring is, which they will not be needing anymore, was thinking of connecting this to the swa 6mm in a box then run swa out to shed 70 ft run , any ideas here thanks

all i want is the right answer, GE series CU, have 2 spare gangs if needed, Wylex NHRS206 CU at shed- how would you time servers connect that to shed 25 meters away, I've seen lots of threads adaptable box outside for termination of SWA (as its plastic) then into GE CU

Just when you thought life couldn’t get any worse, yet another shed supply saga starts.

It’s at the stage where a separate shed and garage supply section is needed.

Good idea!

I might start up my own 'Electrics for Sheds' forum, sponsored by B&Q, NICEIC and CEF.
I'll be minted in a year's time :smilielol5::smilielol5::smilielol5:
