I've seen/used plastic gland plates with rubber cut to size grommets, for the IP rating and the cable is clamped externally on ladder rack or unistrut and internally in the panel, you can get configurations of upto 6 cables I think,

Only used these in Europe though, on 240mm+ single and smaller multicore cables

I have seen Schneiders version in UK on a few installs
