Acces to upstairs is from round the side in Webster Place...

I blame the Europeans, years ago it was a dodgy deal in the back room of a pub with a half of mild, these days your shafted al-fresco over a nice latte - with a silly biscuit on the side ;)

@Dansk - twin array!! Could it get any worse?

yeah a whole lot! no mention of what equipment there offering - only that - the customer has been told these panels have been especially made for you!

I just had a call from Mark (Marc?) Jones from Rolec based in Normanton. He wanted to visit me to talk about how he and his company could partner with us to provide finance deals for customers. The plan seems to be:

1) They provide details of the customer (Probably from cold-calling)
2) We visit, survey and give a price
3) They provide the kit (He mentioned Solarworld, Conergy and SMA)
4) We install and register it with the appropriate authorities
5) They provide finance to the customer if required (He mentioned Creation Bank)

I don't really want to meet him because he seemed a bit pushy on the phone and, based on the comments in this thread, not really the kind of guy I'd like to do business with. He gave me the following phone number: 01924 895835.
