Forever caught out on smaller jobs by not having something in the van be it a fcu or double patress box, I've even considered doing a weekly stock take on bits in the van. My problem is on the small jobs you lose all profit if you dont have the parts there and then (return journey etc..).

So how does everyone else get on min stock levels wise?

Top cat ever heard of racking,all stock in the right compartment i can put my hands on what i need within seconds
At the age of xx i've learnt to keep everything nice & tidy. ( van lwb transit) I know i'm sad.
