FP200 has a bend in due to the position if the gland.

Yeah same here and also after a year of numb nuts drilling holes in the board it starts to look like a sieve

Take one, the armour of the SWA should be connected to the CU earth bar via the banjo supplied in the gland kit, a length of GY, a brass nut & bolt and a ring crimp.

All the cables do have earths onto the earth bar.

He means Earthing the SY braid and the Armour of the SWA. Which we were told we did not need to do.

The armour of the whole cable, not the internal earth cable/core.

Where you have glanded you would have a piece in the gland pack that we call a banjo. Its brass, a big circle with small circle attached. You woukd normally put a bolt through the smaller hole, through the case of the db and crimp a green/yellow fly lead from it and attach to the earth bar.

Still best to point it out though. (quick bit of back pedalling )

Definitely worth pointing out so they know for 'in the real world'

Training tip for you....if you had a PLASTIC db/enclosure and you DID NOT fly lead/banjo the armoured it can be an instant fail...trust me I know people who failed AM2 for it

I'm not from Alabamy but I've had a banjo on me knee lots of times. I really want to buy one but since I already have 7 guitars I think the powers that be might object
