TT System High z's

Testing a property with a TT system all circuits are reading a high figure for earth loop impediance,any suggestions done a rcd test on circuits the other day and it was not tripping at 1x but today is but at 5x meter is reading 25v.

I would say your meter is set at 25 volts for touch voltage limits and as your RA is high you meter is now stopping the test on 5 X due to the touch voltage exceeding 25 V. 25/0.15 = 166 Ohms etc etc

The other day meter read 400ms and it never tripped,but today on 1x it tripped and 5x read 25v at a socket outlet.

Did it not display >400 ms & >25 V ?

The other day on rcd x1 it read 400ms and not tripping but at 5x tripped on the max 40ms,
today it tripped on the 1x at about 36ms but on the 5x it came up at 25v and power was on.

Where is 1.5 coming from , genuine question.

0.15A or 150mA (5X Idn).
