Is the >200Ω being regarded as unstable in the new version of the IET joke book?
I suppose it would be too much to hope they would have taken the trouble to add a clarification of the value and point out it is not the acceptable minimum value.

One section of BS7671 that is in dire need of a complete overhaul, but instead have been led up the garden path by the LFB, that will eventually need changing yet again in the not too distant future. It's another 15th ed earth bonding boo boo scenario all over again from what i can see of it...
