What do people get retainer wise for being on call?

Evening all,

For being on call out of hours what is the standard if any retainer fee, the place I work offer a higher rate when called out but what is a fair amount to ask for simply being on call? We can get called out at any hour and on the weekends

I'm a contractor and I charge One hour in every 2 On Call (Night Rate). Then 4 Hours minimum if I gat called out.
