Hi, I am im in the middle of buying a house and came across this odd thing that one electrician cannot identify, Its hard wired to the consumer unit... any ideas?

I stupidly didnt take a snap of the instructions, was on a flying visit. The brand suggests its for or from a caravan oddly...

I took these other pictures though and could not identify a trip nor the reason behind there being both a digital and analogue meter. This combined with the mystery timer has us very confused.

Are there any storage heaters in the house ?

The enclosure was made by CEC plug in systems, a local company linked to Bonus electrical, who predominantly made gear for the local caravan manufacturing firms. It is just a plastic box in essence though and nothing to do with the timeclock as that will have been purchased separately.

Is that not a Sangamo time clock beside the digital meter?
