What's a Electrical Trainee exactly.

There is a training course for knackers who aspire to become electricians.

It lasts five weeks after which they are given a bit of paper which makes them believe they are now fully qualified electricians and they are certainly not - hence the title Five Week Wonder.

It seems there may be because of your mind boggling questions / posts you have been making and your less than professional attitude, some folk on here who suspect this is what you are and all I am going to say on that subject is "If the cap fits ....."

That - in a nutshell - is it. ;)

No table I just know the conductivity of the armour is around 4.0mm² copper equivalent so 6.0mm² will be fine.
