Im probably 20yrs ahead of you and im researching every week ..just spent most the weekend working out the theory of 2 slipring motors with the rotor coils commoned together and start-up resistor banks removed ... your still hovering around the basics here so be warned it a very steep climb if your getting boggled already, but if you can stick at it and put in some serious learning you could enter a market with a widening black hole in it as all the old engineers retire and the new blood isn't there to fill the slots.. Im already on demand on a 200mile radius and now refuse work anywhere further a field but do get calls weekly with no advertising.

Looks like I won't get any help here. Thanks anyway

I’ll help, you can rent this for £25 per day +P&P + deposit.

I think the mods should remove this post by cossie400 ASAP, we are trying to help the OP and you have just given him some serious help, although I wouldn't say it was 100% correct, whats the point of trying to help a member when you just throw an answer at them, I give up I really do.

Well don't worry about it the machine is 75Kva rated ...i made a guess that the 22kw is the motor size which is a standard motor rating... so all cossies done is shown him the cable rating for the motor alone and his wonder app' has let him down as the motor would be about 45amp flc not the same calcs as he has put through his app' ...not such a wonderful technology after all lol... Always pen and paper then you may double check with one off these app's

With pen and paper you can see where you went wrong and double check calc's

Can't beat it
