My local electrician store sells them individual for £3 each so that ain't so bad
Also I notice a lot of draper tools get turned down and re-branded like I saw shark side cutters for only £10 when draper ones are £30

I've always had the Bahco but usually use the Wera Kompakt and the Vde version in the pouch,
The Kompakt set are very useful as they take a square drive bit (bought separately ) so it doubles up as a nut driver with 1/4 " sockets
I paid about £45 for them 4 years ago still excellent
I've been to Germany 3 times this year and they're about £20 cheaper also paid half uk price for a 1/4" wera socket set! So it's probably worth looking at German sellers!

your getting swindled there mate, draper snips can be had for £15-20.

bahco are a lot better (the draper vde ones look the same as the irwin ones)

Draper snips have their cutting edges made from the softest steel going. Have a pair of red handled knipex that have lasted me almost 2 years, cutting out old cabling etc and can still strip insulation neatly first time.

Im a fan bahco ergo drivers though

my preferred knipex side cutters are £20 each

Wera VDE laser tip set for me - they seem to be holding up well after 18 months use.

Wira Slimline torque used for CU's mainly.

After reading this thread I may look into Facom's lifetime warranty & give them a try when it's time to replace my Wera set.

Ck drivers are lifetime warranty aswell ;)
pozi's have inproved abit aswell, the old one was as useful for screwing as a toothbrush.

best side cutters ive tried are the bahco vde's (ugly orange handled ones)

I have had so many over the last 30 odd years but now I use wiha slim fit most I do have the thick fit but find they don't fit the screws as well as the slim ones but bacho cutters are my choice

Felo excellent tapered end fits most terminals german made
also use klein Wiha and Armeg torque drivers sets
