Found this on a site yesterday, Obviously the work of a Pro!!
i've come across circuits done around the time of the changeover from uk to european colours, with a blue neutral and a red live, this was actually done in pvc singles in conduit.Wonder if it's someone's (incorrectly) trying to identify old colours with new , even though it would still be in an incorrect sequence!!.like you say all original conductors ar long enough . Just idiotic . A 22 carat Walter. I came over a property a good few years ago to test and during visual I saw that ALL!! switch wires and strappers had been sleeved with green and yellow !! Honest to god how misguided was he
Considering there was a period where old colours could be used up I don't see a problem with iti've come across circuits done around the time of the changeover from uk to european colours, with a blue neutral and a red live, this was actually done in pvc singles in conduit.
