Lee Richard thanks mate. I said to my missus this week, "if we have any doubts now is the time while I can still revoke my notice". She's been behind me every step of the way, and it's literally been three years in the making so it's time. Only way is forward now, no matter what.

And as for leaving party.... we have a staff briefing every Friday where these types of things are typically announced - I didn't go, not in to having the spotlight shining on me like that. Just ready to slink out the door come 12 o'clock and get on with my new life.

Just cut the breasts straight out no messing. Not much meat on them other than breast. 5 minutes in the frying pan with a bit pepper. Bellisimo
