Just another rant.. was put with a new bloke last week. To say the least it's doing my head in. Don't want to drop the fella in it but it's coming to the point where I might have to have a quiet word. I would honestly rather work on my own. I get more done. Don't get me wrong I like banter. But work and talk or set a target and smash it then relax and have a chat. This guy can talk forever. Don't think I've seen him open his tool bag yet. Anyone else work with a Wally?

I was a truck driver and, like most, I liked my own company. When I was on agency work, I would sometimes get a second man to help with the lifting. Most were okay, or at least bearable, but I did chuch one guy's phone out of the window once, and I am not a confrontational sort of guy.

At least I never had to do 'double manning'. That's where you have two drivers to take advantage of the longer driving hours. You guys complain, but imagine if you had to spend the night in a tin box with the other guy in a bunk six inches underneath you.

I don't think anyone on here is going to say it needs replacing, some may even argue that it's not even a c3.
